Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to heal, grow, and connect—with yourself and with others. In a safe, supportive setting, a small group of people meet regularly to share their experiences, learn new skills, and support one another under the guidance of a trained therapist. Group therapy is often as effective as individual therapy—and in some cases, even more so—because you realize you’re not alone.
